Our referral arrived January 17th and we signed our RA February 14th on Valentines Day for this beautiful long awaited precious girl.
We started our journey to adopt from China in 2006 with a LID of April 16, 2007. After waiting 4.5 years we decided we couldn't renew again and decided to switch to SN to look for our girl. 3 months later we got the referral call. We are hoping to travel in March to get her. She was diagnosed with PFO heart murmur, but her last check up showed no sign of a problem. We will have her thoroughly checked upon arriving home. We feel so blessed and thankful to God. After waiting so long, it still seems like a dream. We love her and can't wait to hold her and be her parents!
She waits for us in the Gansu province and we hope to travel mid to late March.
